Let’s get one thing straight — a Troubleshooter is not a thief, not a murderer, not a con-man, and not an assassin. Those are all trades and skills but are hardly defining characteristics for me. You want to find someone who is missing? Call the sheriff. You want to steal some gold? Call a thief.
You need something that no one else can do? Then you talk to me. If you can find me. I don’t stay in one place too long. Not since what happened in Cresek-Tawn. Those were dark days and I don’t like to reminisce. They’re still searching for me but I keep moving.
But you can’t hide forever.
When the past walked back into my life, I knew it couldn’t have been good.
Her name was Jane and I was in a whole lot of trouble.
