Beyond the door are various halls and chambers with no end of enenmies to fight! wraiths, clay golems, death slaadi, and shadow mastiffs. Eventually they arrive at stone bridge spanning a bubbling lake of tar. Before long, Gideon plunges in, sinking like the "anchor" he is. In a panic trying to save him, Lynch also falls in. It takes Ralph, flying to the rescue, to rescue them once again.
